Hello,
![Setup Setup](/uploads/1/2/6/8/126890219/273417547.jpg)
Upon just doing a basic uninstall and re-install, I noticed that when I was installing the 2nd time that it already knew my serial number, which told me there were pieces of it left somewhere.
So I un-installed the program and I also deleted the install folders and ran SymNRT.exe
So I just need to delete the folder, or file, or registry setting that contains the activation information and I should be good, just need to find where that is.
Matt
I downloade norton system works from its cd. But I lost its cd cover. It stopped functioning and asked me for the activation code on the cd cover. But I dont have it now. Plz help any1?
- Yeah, i have system works 2002 and it dont need activation. (tho i never use it anymore) Thump. Neither SystemWorks 2002 or SystemWorks 2003 has the DRM. My Norton SystemWorks 2003 doesn't need activation. There may have been some copies of 2003 that did but I don't think so. Mine is an OEM.
- Norton SystemWorks 2005 Premier (Serial and Activation Code) serial number. It looks like there is a serial number for you. Pass the verification below to prove that you are not a bot and get your serial number.

Norton System Works Activation Tool
This time when I re-install it asked me for the Serial number again which is good, but it has the Activation Code still saved somewhere. Does anyone know a registry key or file location where this is? I have an activation code that I can use from before, but it never asks me for it, it just keeps saying that I must activate and my subscription is expired.![System System](/uploads/1/2/6/8/126890219/313128766.png)
